Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
